2005 - Present Program Chair, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Franklin University (Aug. 2008 - Present); Formerly Lead Faculty for the MBA Global Competitor Course (Dec. 2007 - July 2008); Formerly Adjunct Professor in Applied Management,  Business Administration, and Finance courses (Dec. 2005 - Nov. 2007).
1999 - 2008 Program Manager, Alcatel-Lucent, responsible for transferring all administrative, engineering, and supply chain management functions for various circuit packs, wired equipment and various models to manufacturing sites around the world.
1997 - 1998 Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) Resource Manager, Lucent Technologies, responsible for managing the design, production specifications, warranty process, and supply chain management for all OEM products used in mobility products at Lucent Technologies.
1994 - 1997 Cell Site Product Engineer, Lucent Technologies, responsible for developing processes used to ship and install wireless equipment.  Field verified the process by linking with installers and seeking feedback on the processes.  In addition, I was responsible for designing ancillary equipment used at wireless sites that supported installing various wireless products.
1991 - 1993 Manufacturing Engineer, AT&T, Reading Works, responsible for all crystal growing, wafer polishing, and wafer fabrication processes.
1983 - 1991 Chief Test Room Engineer, AT&T, responsible for various teams of engineers and technicians working on classified government contracts in the field.
