Jane Robinson joined Franklin University in 2002. As Senior VP for Administration & Chief of Staff she is responsible for leadership, strategy, and functional oversight of administrative operations at the University including; student services, campus services, marketing and relationship management services and technology.  Her 25-year career has focused on Operations, primarily in customer services and human resources includes; directing the customer satisfaction areas of MAC Tools, and serving as managing partner of Tailored Management, an HR consulting and contracting staffing firm in central Ohio, as well as managing labor relations in a manufacturing environment. Robinson earned a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Franklin University.  She is active in outreach at Inner City Mission and is a policy advocate for the developmentally disabled in the State of Ohio.
