Dr. Short is the Program Chair for Management and Organizational Leadership.  Prior to joining Franklin in 2004, Mary Ann held a variety of management and leadership positions creating company-wide initiatives including management and leadership development, organizational performance improvement, and organizational development/change management.  Mary Ann’s experience spans higher education and financial services industries where she was a champion helping adults navigate a world filled with relentless change. 

Dr. Short received a Master and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and her undergraduate from Franklin University.  Mary Ann is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
