Dr. Michael Posey holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Bowling Green State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Toledo.  Dr. Posey is currently Division Chair for the College of Arts, Sciences and Technology, as well as Professor and Program Chair for the Public Relations major at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.   Prior to moving to Columbus, he served as President and CEO of Comprehensive Solutions in Charleston, West Virginia and as Vice President for Research and Special Projects at the Process Strategies Corporation in Charleston.  Dr. Posey has worked and taught at several colleges and universities and has been involved in business and higher education for many years.   

Dr. Posey is an accomplished speaker and consultant and has contributed to several books on a variety of topics.  His good-natured style and practical advice on the topics of motivation and communication keep him in high demand as a speaker presenting to hundreds of people each year.  He currently hosts a monthly podcast and blog on the topic of motivation, communication, and relationship building.
