Dr. Ross Wirth serves as Program Chair, Business Administration.  Prior to joining Franklin University Dr. Wirth held a number of management positions with functional experience in IT, retail & wholesale marketing, program development, supply & distribution, operations & strategic planning, Human Resources, business development, and many special assignments on corporate change initiative teams. 

 

Dr. Wirth’s research interest focuses on emergent organizational change through empowering self-leadership and self-initiated change aligned with a shared strategic vision.
