Other major responsibilities include working with our Field Experience Coordinator on numerous duties including placing student teachers for their clinical student teaching experience and organizing a diverse set of experiences for pre-professional and post-baccalaureate students. This individual will also participate in the identification and recruitment of high-quality university supervisors. The Field Experience Specialist will also train them and cooperating teachers to utilize the field experience assessments. In addition, the selected individual will work in conjunction with the Field Experience Coordinator with data entry and data monitoring of field placement data for CAEP including diverse placements and key assessments and will foster positive relationships with local school districts and encourage professional development for schools or other partnerships. Other duties include working with the Field Experience Coordinator to distribute and organize field experience supervisor and cooperating teacher evaluations by candidates and follow up on any issues.
