Karen Miner-Romanoff, Ph.D. - Program Chair
Dr. Miner-Romanoff is an attorney and industry expert who has been a professor for more than 20 years. In addition to her work at Franklin, Karen acts pro bono as a juvenile public defender. She holds a doctorate in public administration, with a concentration in criminology.
