Faculty Web Page Portrait Specification
In order to insure a uniform
look and feel for the University’s Faculty Web Pages, all adjunct
and full-time faculty will use a head and shoulders, in-studio, color
portrait made by a professional photographer. Faculty based in Columbus
should contact Lydia Stewart at 614-947-6587 or stewartl@franklin.edu for the
date and time of the next on-campus photo session with the University’s
photographer.
Attire: Business casual.

Below are specifications which should be given to the photographer prior to the day you
will be photographed.

Background
A continuous grey background should be used
Lighting
The photograph must be taken in a studio with professional lighting
Portrait
The portrait must be a bust (shoulders/head) shot
Attire
The attire is business casual
The photographer needs to provide one (1) 5x7 color print which will be scanned at the
University. These photographs will be used on Franklin Universitys World Wide Web
