Evaluation Process

Once the Transfer Credit Office has received all official transcripts*, application and major declaration, you will receive an official evaluation of credit within two to three weeks. This official evaluation will let you know exactly how many courses you have left to complete at your community college and online with Franklin University based on your selected major.

Franklin’s transfer credit acceptance policy is exceptionally student-friendly, allowing you to transfer the maximum credits possible. More than 90 percent of our students have transferred credits from other colleges and universities – Franklin is the place to help you make the most of your education!

* An official transcript is one that has been received directly from each college or university listed on your application. It must bear the college seal, date, and an appropriate signature. Transcripts received that do not meet these requirements should not be considered official and are routinely rejected for any permanent use.
