Dr. Larry Beebe currently serves as the Program Chair of Franklin's Applied Management Program, and is the former MBA Program Chair. Prior to joining Franklin Beebe served as Chair of the Doctoral Programs in Information and Technology at Walden University, where he also served as Academic Director at the Walden Institute. Before joining Walden Beebe also served as Chief Academic Officer at Webster University, Kennedy Space Region, Palm Bay Campus. In addition, he served as Chair of the MS in Computer Science, and the MA in Information Management Programs at Webster Graduate School of Business and Technology. 

Beebe is Managing General Partner of a private consulting firm working with NASA, Harmon Medical Centers, and Diversified Network Services implementing programs to align business and technology strategy. He previously served as V.P. of Operations/Partner with Great Lakes Engineering. Beebe is an active member of PMI, the Academy of Management, and the National Center for Appropriate Technology, as well as a number of other professional organizations.

Beebe holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Science, M.B.A., B.S. in Quality Engineering, and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering. He is certified in Performance Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Online Instruction, E-Commerce Business Models, Managers Guide to Financial Analysis, and Advanced Graduate Study in Management. Beebe developed and implemented the peer reviewed International Journal of Applied Management and Technology.

Beebe's research interests focus on the management of operations, processes, technology, quality, projects, teams, and change.
