Dr. Raymond Forbes is a professor in the MBA program in the Ross School of Management and Leadership at Franklin University. A former Associate Dean, he currently is involved with course development, teaching, and as a lead faculty member. He previously served as a full-time faculty member at the Naval Postgraduate School and at Sacred Heart University. Additionally, Forbes is a licensed Psychologist and a Master Personal and Executive Coach.
His academic interests include Applied Psychology, strategy, organizational change, leadership development, and executive coaching. He is the author of numerous articles on coaching, organization development, and leadership. Prior to joining Franklin, Forbes held executive positions at Northwest Airlines and the Raymark Corporation. He is also a retired naval officer, having served on destroyers, submarines and as an internal organization development specialist. Forbes also has extensive experience as an external and internal consultant to management.
