Available Financial Aid
The following programs are available to help you achieve your academic goals. Student eligibility requirements, standards of academic progress, deadlines and the steps for applying for the specific types of assistance can be found at the Main Financial Aid page.
Grants
These are need-based funds that do NOT require repayment. Generally, students receive grant funds in combination with loans or Federal Work Study (student employment). The following grants are based on the financial circumstances of the student/family. For further information and requirements on these programs, see Financial Aid Programs.

Loans
Loans make it possible for a student and/or family to defer educational costs by borrowing now and repaying later. Loans are available to most students. The rate of interest varies according to the type of loan eligibility, which is based on individual financial circumstances. Many long-term loans do not begin to accrue interest until a student drops below half-time enrollment. Also, repayment may be deferred until a student drops below half-time enrollment. Student Employment
Part-time student employment is available in various administrative and academic offices on campus.

Payment Options
Tuition and fees for all students are due by the first day of the term. The University accepts MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card.
We also offer the following payment plans for students receiving money from their employers:
- Deferred Tuition Reimbursement Plan - If you receive employer reimbursement for your tuition, you can apply for the Deferred Tuition Reimbursement Plan to defer payment of tuition and fees until after grades for each term are mailed.
- Direct Company Billing - Some employers reimburse the University directly for student tuition. Employers interested in participating in direct payment plans should contact the University Business Office at 614.341.6232 for further information.
