Faculty

The faculty at Franklin University is a group of highly talented and motivated professionals who have a passion for the development and delivery of courses that change the lives of our students and impact the communities we serve. In addition to teaching, they serve in a multitude of roles.

The adjunct faculty members who teach Franklin courses are practitioners in their fields. They bring a wealth of practical experience into the classroom. They have excellent educational credentials and the ability to apply the Franklin model to each course.

Adjunct faculty members work under the direction of the Course Manager, who maintains consistency and quality within the courses.

Franklin courses are designed to achieve the highest educational value for the students' time. Each program of study is carefully designed under the leadership of the Program Chair and is based upon the learning outcomes of that program. These outcomes are carefully developed by the faculty within the program with the consultation of the program's advisory board.

The courses are developed under the direction of the Course Manager to reflect the goals of the program. Each course is designed by a Course Developer, a Content Expert and an Instructional Designer. The Course Manager and Instructional Designer are usually full time faculty at Franklin University and the content expert is a practitioner in the field.

Each Program Chair acts as a focal point concerning the program within the University and takes a leadership role in promoting the program within the community.
