The University accepts all tuition and fees with the understanding that the student, in paying such tuition and fees, agrees to abide by all University policies and regulations, whether or not printed in the Academic Bulletin, and by any decisions of the administration and faculty regarding the student's status at the University.

Although every effort is made to provide accurate information on educational costs and fees, the University reserves the right to change its tuition, fees and charges as economic conditions warrant. Those who fail to pay accounts when due are delinquent and may be dropped from classes. Students with delinquent financial obligations will not be permitted to enroll for subsequent trimesters. Past-due balances must be paid by cash, cashier's check (money order), MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Personal checks are not accepted for past-due balances.
