ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF VIRTUAL CAMPUS STUDENT SERVICES
Franklin University’s Student Services Department is seeking an individual to serve as Assistant Director of Virtual Campus Student Services. Duties include working closely with the Director of Undergraduate Student Services to develop strategies for students in all phases of their educational pursuits, as well as to develop and support all advisors in the department. This position will be responsible for ensuring student communication in a timely manner, running and analyzing student and departmental reports, establishing and monitoring enrollment goals, developing and maintaining appropriate conversion rates, updating the Student Services website, as well as a variety of ongoing projects. In addition, this individual will be responsible for some staff level position(s).
Candidates should be detail-oriented, with excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to function interactively in a team environment. We are looking for a student-centered, process-oriented person with a high level of attention to detail and innovative ideas to improve our service to students. This position requires one night per week until 8 p.m. and an occasional Saturday. A bachelor’s degree is required and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
