Leadership Development Professional
Franklin University currently has a position available for a Leadership Development professional in the Franklin University Leadership Center. This person will be responsible for, planning and marketing our annual Mason Leadership Symposium and monthly Hall Leadership Lessons, developing, facilitating, and marketing leadership development programs for business, community, government, and educational organizations and other initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and facilitating leadership development programs, communicating both internally and externally, and marketing through individual meetings and by developing marketing plans and materials. The successful candidate will possess the ability to generate trust, respect and commitment by communicating a vision, developing a leader/follower relationship and supporting the leadership development of others. A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership or a related field is preferred.
