I am highly enthusiastic about my experiences with Franklin University. My education at Franklin has empowered me with better communication skills and an improved professional edge. Plus, the personal attention and concentrated teaching

approach at Franklin allowed me to maintain a 3.8 GPA. While in classes, I also landed an internship with an impressive international corporation. With that experience, I became very optimistic about my future career opportunities.

I wasn't always so enthralled with higher education. Like many Franklin students, I started my college education at another, very large, well-known university, planning to earn my bachelor's degree there. While I had a great social experience, I was not successful with my studies. I didn't get the guidance and explanations from the professors that I needed to understand the coursework. In fact, I felt like a social security number, not an individual.

So I transferred to a community college to work on an associate's degree instead and did very well in the small class sizes. I developed personal relationships with the instructors, and had such a positive experience, that I knew I wanted to pursue my bachelor's degree in a similar setting. My best friend had just completed her degree at Franklin University, and strongly encouraged me to look into it, because she had a great experience there from start to finish.

I took my friend's advice and made an appointment with a Student Services Associate (SSA). My SSA reviewed my transcripts and showed me options for degree completion in such a realistic and complete manner, I knew from that initial conversation that Franklin was a good fit for me. I finally could see myself finishing my bachelor's degree because I had a mapped-out plan for achieving it.

The classes at Franklin, both face-to-face and online, were great. I enjoyed both styles of learning, and especially like the six-week classes – it's amazing how fast I was able to get through! I really liked having everything online. I developed my visual style of communication online through class chat sessions and bulletin board postings, while the face-to-face classes reinforced my auditory style.

Overall, I found that Franklin has a genuine concern for its students I felt it every time I was on campus. People were smiling and happy.  Franklin will help you define your career path – from experimenting with initial classes to choosing a degree program – and then give you the tools to succeed. All you have to do is decide to commit to your education.

You can earn more than just a degree at Franklin: you can earn self satisfaction and develop professional skills that will help you throughout your whole life.
