IRS Tax Transcripts- NEW FOR 2012-13  

Financial Aid can no longer accept a copy of an IRS federal tax return.  You MUST request a transcript of the federal tax return you filed with the IRS for 2011.  You can request tax transcripts by calling 1.800.908.9946 or you can request it online at www.irs.gov.
 

• • Request a 2011 Return Transcript - if you filed your tax return and made no changes after filing.
  • Request both a 2011 Return Transcript AND Account Transcript if you amended your tax return after you filed.

Community College Alliance Students Only:

All students participating in the Community College Alliance Program are required to submit a new Student Contract each financial aid award year. Follow the completion and submission instructions printed on the Student Contract.

The 2011-12 year has ended and the Financial Aid Forms for 2011-12 have been removed from our website.  Please contact our office finaid@franklin.edu or call our office at 614-797-4700 or toll free at 877-341-6300 if you you were:

• Selected for verification for 2011-12; and
• Enrolled for Winter 2012 term; and
• Had a valid ISIR  (FAFSA results) on file at Franklin by the 4/25/12 

You may still be able to submit the verification documents for 2011-12 that our office requested from you. Verification documents should be submitted as quickly as possible and must be received no later than August 1, 2012. These documents may include Independent/Dependent Verification Worksheets, Tax Transcripts, Support of Household Members, or W2's. It is too late to receive loans, but we will review your file for any other aid eligibility.
