Tax Return Information (2009 Federal 1040, 1040-EX, 1040A, etc.) Need a copy of your Federal IRS Tax Return?  Obtain a transcript of your tax return by completing and mailing Form 4506-T (check # 6b for tax filers and #7 for non-tax filers).  The IRS will mail the transcript directly to you within two weeks of your request being received.  After receiving your transcript from the IRS, sign and date the transcript and submit it to the Financial Aid office at Franklin.

 

Community College Alliance Students Only:

All students participating in the Community College Alliance Program are required to submit a new Student Contract each financial aid award year. Follow the completion and submission instructions printed on the Student Contract.
