Gary Stroud, Ph.D. - Program Chair

Dr. Stroud has more than 20 years of experience in the HR industry. Most recently, he created programs and strategies for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. Gary has been a member of the Franklin faculty since 2006 and holds a Ph.D. from Capella University.
