Joel Gardner, Ph.D. - Program Chair
Dr. Gardner's career began as a corporate trainer for a financial services organization. His interest in training and design led him to earn his doctorate from Utah State University, where he was employed as an instructional designer. As a scholar, Dr. Gardner has published several peer-reviewed articles on the effective use of instructional principles and theory.
