Delaware Location Franklins Delaware location is conveniently located on the Columbus State Community College Campus at 5100 Cornerstone Drive in Moeller Hall Room 244. Offered exclusively at this location is EXACTTrack a business program from Columbus State and Franklin University. With this joint program youll save time and money by earning your bachelors degree in less than four years. Dublin Location Our Dublin location is located at 495 Metro Place South in Dublin Ohio a northwest suburb of Columbus.
