The College of HEALTH PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION A career in healthcare or public service has never been more relevant or needed. Social change is transforming the global society as the world expands and grows ever more diverse. With each advancement in technology comes fresh opportunities new challenges and age-old dilemmas. Governments and organizations are increasingly tested as they face limited resources a larger and more varied population and cultural and generational shifts. No one sector holds the key to these challenges. For this reason there is ample opportunity for healthcare and public service professionals to use their knowledge and skills in a variety of settings and roles. Each major within the College of Health Public Administration whether focused on the health of individuals and communities or the preservation and maintenance of social order provides an educational pathway to professions that make a difference.
