BECOME A FRANKLIN STUDENT STEP 1. Apply to Franklin University Applications are free fast and accepted year-round. Submit your application online at apply.franklin.edu. You will receive a confirmation email and an admissions advisor will contact you via phone or email. Completing your application 1-2 months in advance of your planned enrollment term ensures you have time to submit any additional paperwork and identify financing options. STEP 2. Transfer your Credits Going back to school doesnt mean starting over. Franklin University works to maximize your transfer credit saving you time and money toward your bachelors degree. A transcript evaluation allows the University to assess your work to-date and helps you get placed into appropriate courses. Visit franklin.edutranscripts for more information. STEP 3. Start Thinking about Financing Options Financing options include federal financial aid employer tuition reimbursement or school funding programs for active military and veterans. Be sure to consider all of your options to minimize the overall cost of your education. Find information about financial aid including University scholarships by visiting franklin.edufinaid. Complete the Admission Process Your admissions advisor will guide you through the necessary application steps and provide guidance on major programs and courses. Depending on your academic background intended program or Visa status you may have additional paperwork that is required. Work closely with your admissions advisor to identify any requirements. STEP 5. Register for Classes At your Registration Appointment youll have the opportunity to select first trimester courses get final questions answered and get a strong start on your Franklin experience. The one-hour online orientation is designed to familiarize you with the policies and guidelines necessary to be successful in higher education and at Franklin University. Youll receive login details from your admissions advisor following your Registration Appointment.
