What Went Wrong with Healthcare.gov:
A Non-Political Management Perspective
This session is not another political discussion about healthcare.gov, but presents a management analysis of what went wrong with an eye toward preventing similar problems in the future with major federal government IT projects. The presentation illustrates the application of organizational systems thinking to assess a problem, such as the failed launch of healthcare.gov, and develop real management and policy solutions for it.
