Ethical Leadership: Creating an Ethical Organization
Most people have an understanding of personal ethics and consider themselves to be ethical. Yet, every week we see news stories about unethical (and often illegal) actions taken by public and private organizations and the people within them. A major reason for this is that many people do not understand that creating an ethical organization requires much more than simply being ethical. This session focuses on challenges to and strategies for creating ethical organizations.
