Business Ethics for Leaders Adjunct Faculty
Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking adjunct faculty to teach Business Ethics for Leaders in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults. This course focuses on the application and evaluation of scholarly articles, case studies and real-life ethical dilemmas using an ethical decision-making model.
The instructor must have a Master’s Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a business related discipline; ideally, Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or Strategic Management. In addition, the ideal instructor will have a minimum of 10 years organizational experience with at least 5 years in mid-level to strategic level management with responsibilities for broad organizational functions such as strategic planning, budgeting, goal setting, evaluation, problem solving, performance improvement and relationship building. Also preferred is the demonstrated ability to apply general management concepts across various organizational contexts and industries.
