Decision Making Management Faculty

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking Decision Making and Problem Solving adjunct faculty. There is a need for both on-site and on line faculty. This course focuses on the organizational processes and theoretical constructs related to organizational behavior.

The instructor must have a Master of Business Administration Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a business related discipline; ideally, with a specialization in strategic and/or quantitative analysis. A minimum of 5 years of practice directly related to the field. The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in the discipline with cross-functional experience. A background in organizational management and/or consulting in management/leadership positions with progressive responsibilities for budgeting, planning, and strategic analysis of business operations is necessary.

In addition to the education and experience listed above, the ideal instructor will have a minimum of 5 years organizational experience with responsibilities for broad organizational functions strategic planning, budgeting, goal setting, evaluation, problem solving, performance improvement; demonstrated ability to apply state-of-the-art management planning and analysis across various organizational contexts and industries; and a working knowledge of systems theory and performance improvement applications. All adjunct faculty positions are part-time in the undergraduate Business Administration Program. This position would entail delivering content specific materials, facilitating discussion, challenge learning, and grading student work.
