Director of Regulatory Compliance

The Director of Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for ensuring University compliance with accreditation standards and requirements. Position responsibilities will include developing policies, maintaining regulatory and related records, filing all applications and renewals and writing other related correspondence, and implementing a system for monitoring ongoing efforts. Other duties include coordinating University efforts to ensure linkage between strategic plans and regulatory requirements, preparing reports for both internal and external purposes, and promoting positive relationships with accrediting bodies and other University partners.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in the field of education and knowledge of higher education regulations, compliance and accrediting agencies.  The successful candidate must possess well developed time management and organization skills in addition to the ability to network cooperatively with accreditation boards, related organizations and University departments.
