Indianapolis - Human Resource Management

 

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking online and face to face adjunct faculty for Human Resource Management. This course will be taught at the Indianapolis location; teaching in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in Human Resources to enhance the contributions of all employees to organizational effectiveness.

Minimum requirements are a Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business or a related business discipline and, at least three years of organization management experience in a general management or senior position concerned with strategic development or implementation.  The instructor should also have at least one year’s experience in teaching adults in a non-traditional educational setting.  The ideal instructor will have a Doctoral degree preferably in Human Resources, or a closely related field, with five years experience in a senior strategic position, with previous experience teaching.
