Organizational Behavior Adjunct Faculty - Indianapolis Location

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking Organizational Behavior adjunct faculty for our Indianapolis location;  teaching in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults. This course focuses on the organizational processes and theoretical constructs related to organizational behavior.

The instructor must have a Master’s Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a business related discipline; ideally, Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Development; and significant years of organizational management experience with progressive responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and evaluating individuals and/or Human Resource experience developing an effective workforce and/or consulting practice that included organizational behavior as a core competency.

In addition to the education and experience listed above, the ideal instructor will have a minimum of 10 years organizational experience with at least 8 years broad HR experience or 5 years in mid-level management with responsibilities for broad organizational functions such as planning, budgeting, goal setting, evaluation, problem solving, performance improvement and relationship building; demonstrated ability to apply general management concepts across various organizational contexts and industries; and, a working knowledge of systems theory and performance improvement applications. This position would entail delivering content specific materials, facilitating discussion, challenge learning, and grading student work.
