Indianapolis - Student Services Assistant

Franklin University is seeking a Student Services Assistant for its Indianapolis location. The Student Services Assistant will provide front desk support and telephone coverage, schedule appointments, greet students, and answer general questions. Responsibilities also include providing general support services to staff and faculty, monitoring building activities, delivering mail, assisting with photocopying, ordering of office supplies, technology troubleshooting, maintaining security of materials and equipment, and assisting with special projects.


The ideal candidate will be student-centered and process oriented with a high level of attention to detail. Candidates must be knowledgeable of all Microsoft Office applications and have excellent interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills. The position requires evening office hours twice a week until 10 pm, as well as an occasional Saturday morning.
