MBA Faculty
Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Faculty member for its MBA Program. Responsibilities include teaching, administrative oversight of courses, hiring, mentoring, and managing adjunct faculty, and University service/committee work. Faculty members work in collaboration with instructional designers, practitioners in the field, our in-house multi-media group and peers to create adult-centered active-learning courses.
Applicants must hold a doctorate degree from a regionally accredited institution. Doctorates in Economics or Finance will be given preference. Five years professional work experience in appropriate fields and three years teaching experience are preferred. In addition to teaching courses in field, qualifications to teach International Business, Business Law, and/or Business Environment are desired. Experience and willingness to travel and teach internationally is highly desired. Faculty must be able to work effectively with students, staff, and adjunct faculty. Research is not required, but is supported. Innovative ideas and special projects of interest to the faculty member are strongly supported.
