Operations and Project Management Adjunct Faculty - MBA Program

Franklin seeks applicants for part-time faculty positions to teach face to face and on line Operations and Project Management classes in our MBA program.  The University promotes a student-centered, quality-teaching environment; focused on working adults.  Founded in 1902, Franklin University has been the leading educator of nontraditional students in central Ohio and enjoys the strong support of the local business community.

Requirements for this course are a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a closely related field; a minimum of the equivalent of five years of relevant experience in operations and project management, or a Doctorate in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a closely related field.  The instructor must have superb Excel skills and possess computer skills sufficient to maintain communication with students via the course support webpage.  The effective instructor will have knowledge in operations management, project management and linear programming. Prior teaching experience is required, with teaching at the graduate level preferred.  Multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of operations management related positions and project management experience at a supervisory level is preferred. A PMP certification is preferred but not required.
