Accounting Adjunct Faculty - MBA 733
Franklin University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach Financial & Managerial Accounting, This course will be taught both on-site on our Columbus campus and on line; teaching in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults. This will be a 6-week course
Minimum qualifications are a Master’s degree, with Doctorate preferred, in Accounting, Business or a closely related field; at least one professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CISA, etc.), and at least five years of experience at various job levels across a variety of accounting-related positions. The successful instructor will have an in-depth knowledge of both financial and managerial accounting and knowledge of the application of core accounting concepts and theories. Computer literacy, with a familiarity with Microsoft Office 2007, and a desire to teach adult student learners are also required. Demonstrable success in teaching at the graduate level is preferred.
