Accreditation Assistant – Work Study

Responsibilities

The work-study candidate will assist the Accreditation & Institutional Effectiveness department with administrative tasks to meet project needs. Additional responsibilities include: researching and summarizing, preparing draft documents, accurately storing documents, maintaining and managing departmental calendars and effectively managing time and meeting stringent deadlines.

Hours of Work
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. Ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications
Candidate must be organized and detail oriented, dependable, have the ability to multi task, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to work independently, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
