Call Center Representative

Franklin University has an open position for a full-time Call Center Representative.  Primary duties include answering phones at a high volume call center, providing knowledgeable information to callers, and entering applicable data into our customer relationship management software.  The Call Center is open from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Friday, and select Saturdays, 9:00 to 1:00pm.  The Call Center Representative will be expected to work at least one late shift (10:30am to 7:00pm) per week.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, be computer literate, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Typing speed of at least 35 wpm and at least 1 year of college is preferred.
