Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning Specialist

Franklin University has a full-time opening for a Specialist position within the Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL). This position will be responsible for providing recruiting support for filling new teaching assignments, monitoring and assuring instructional quality within international teaching partnerships, inputting instructor data into Franklin’s credentialing database (Digital Measures), and supporting projects and other administrative components within CETL as needed.  

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of one year experience in a recruiting, talent development, or related field. In addition, strong analytical and customer service skills are required as this position will be responsible for prescreening and conducting initial phone interviews of candidates and current adjunct faculty to fill teaching opportunities both domestic and abroad. Ability to adapt quickly and work under ambitious deadlines is a must.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and he or she must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.  The ability to provide high-quality customer service, maintain confidentiality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked innovative environment is a must.
