Circulation Team Assistant
Franklin University has a part-time student position available for a Circulation Team Assistant. This position provides administrative, clerical, and circulation support to assist Franklin University Library patrons. Duties include, but are not limited to: check material in and out through the library system; perform open and close procedures; maintain and process work related to OhioLINK; answer telephones; schedule meeting rooms; assist patrons in locating materials; and troubleshoot library equipment, including printers and faxes.
The ideal candidate will work up to 19 hours per week, and have a flexible schedule including evening and weekend availability. Availability should correspond to the Library’s open hours. Schedules rotate every six weeks.
The successful candidate will: have excellent customer service skills; be proficient with e-mail and Internet; have knowledge of MS Office products; excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to work independently and be self-directed; able to multi-task; have attention to detail; and excellent organizational skills.
Candidates must be enrolled in classes at Franklin University to be eligible for this position.
