Community College Regional Manager - North Central State

A unique educational alliance between Franklin University, a private not-for-profit institution located in Columbus, Ohio and Community College Alliance partners has created the need for a part-time (20 hours per week) Community College Regional Manager (CCRM) to serve North Central State College in the Mansfield and  Shelby, Ohio areas.  The position will be located in Shelby and will require someone with flexibility as the hours will include both days and evenings.  The individual will work primarily with/at North Central State but will include going between North Central's Main Campus in Mansfield and their Kehoe Center in Shelby.  The primary responsibilities of the CCRM position are for the development, growth, strategic partnership management and enrollment success of Franklin’s Community College Alliance (CCA) Partner colocation and assigned region.  This position requires a professional individual with proven ability to develop new relationships that contribute to meeting or exceeding goals.  The successful candidate must also have the ability to work independently and travel between locations to maintain and build relationships with students and key community college representatives.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement recruiting, marketing and communication strategies to promote and successfully enroll students in colocation classes.

The position requires someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Public Relations with a Master’s degree preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment and relationship development is strongly preferred.  In addition, we seek someone with strong computer (proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point) and analytical skills that is able to communicate professionally, persuasively and confidently.  Candidate must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy and develop an understanding of and agreement with Franklin’s relationship management principles and University values.

Preference will be given to applicants, who in addition to the above qualifications, have established relationships/history with North Central State College.
