Computer Science Practicum Adjunct
Franklin University seeks applicants for part-time faculty positions to teach the practicum sequence of courses in the undergraduate Computer Science program starting Fall Trimester, 2012. This sequence of courses provides sophomore-, junior-, and senior-level students with an enterprise-type software development experience working in teams with responsibilities corresponding to those of new hires, team leads, and project leads, respectively. These are 15-week online classes.
Minimum qualifications include strong experience software developer and as a software development manager, as well as teaching experience in higher education, preferably with adult learners. A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
