Content Editor

Franklin University is seeking a full-time Content Editor. The position will report directly to the Department Chair, Management and Marketing, and will assist faculty in completing course designs and changes.  Responsibilities include: assembling course materials, assisting in the creation of multimedia objects such as PowerPoint and voice-over presentations, editing and proofing materials, overseeing final preparation of course content for deployment, and maintenance of courses. Course content will include student course materials, faculty manuals, textbook database entry, and exam materials.

This individual should be able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are required. Instructional design experience and a Master's degree are preferred.
