Domestic Location Work Study Assistant - Beavercreek
The Domestic Location Work Study Assistant – Beavercreek provides clerical and administrative support at the Location. Duties include, but are not limited to: greet and assist students and the public; provide high level customer service; office and administrative support; telephone coverage; help prepare mailings; organization of classroom and office spaces; and assist with set-up of special events.
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the Department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening hours.
Candidate must: be dependable; organized; detail oriented; able to multitask; proficient with Internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office products, have strong problem-solving skills, customer service experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to work independently and be self-directed.
All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
