Financial Aid Assistant - Federal Work Study

Responsibilities
The work-study assistant will help with document management as well as prepare documents for imaging, compliance data entry, mail, sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mailings, copying, review reports for determining accuracy based on knowledge learned, special projects, such as, assist with printing documents and screen for auditors.
 

Hours of Work
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. Ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
 

Qualifications
Candidate must be detail oriented, dependable, self starter, require little supervision, accurate data entry skills, ability to get along with others and work with a team. Due to the level of training involved the ideal candidate will have at least a year until graduation.
 

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
