Global Issues Adjunct – Southwest Wisconsin Technical College
Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach Global Issues in a traditional face-to-face course format (12 weeks) at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. This course provides students with a coherent sense of the past and present human societies drawn from five cultural areas: Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and South America. It also reviews the diversity of traditions that have formed the world and continue to interact in it today.
The successful candidate will possess a Master’s Degree (PhD preferred) in History, Sociology, Anthropology, or International Studies, excellent communication skills and have a demonstrated proficiency in the intended subject area. Prior university teaching experience is required.
