Human Resource Department Work Study Assistant - Administrative

The Human Resource Department Work Study Assistant - Administrative provides administrative and front desk support to the Department.  Duties include, but are not limited to: assist customers at front desk; answer phones; process, scan and file paperwork (new hires, training rosters, annual updates); scheduling (coordinate meetings for department, new hire training, and orientation); maintain up to date forms and resources; and make copies and assemble packets.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-5.

Candidate must: be detail oriented; dependable; take initiative; able to multi task; have outstanding customer service skills (face-to-face & phone); be proficient with Microsoft Office products; have strong communication skills; be a team player; have problem solving skills; strong technical ability; be able to work independently and be self-directed; and have excellent organizational skills.

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
