Legal Aspects of Healthcare Management Adjunct

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking part-time adjunct faculty for its location at Zane State College to teach Legal Aspects of Healthcare Management within the Healthcare Management program in a face to face course format.  This course will provide the student with the skills necessary to mitigate liability through risk management principles, develop relationship management skills, apply an ethical decision-making framework, incorporate employment law procedures, and manage communication.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Healthcare Administration/Business/Finance or related subject areas (Healthcare Law preferred) or a Juris Doctorate and 3-5 years of relevant work experience in legal aspects of healthcare, and cross-functional experience showing progressive leadership and management responsibilities.
