Management and Leadership Adjunct

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach a variety of 6 week courses in our Management and Leadership Undergraduate Program at our main campus in downtown Columbus, Ohio and for online teaching during the Fall 2017 and Winter 2018 terms.  These courses will focus on the following topics: organizational behavior, leadership, culture, and change management.

Candidates must have a minimum of a Master of Business Administration degree or a Master’s degree in management, leadership or a closely related discipline (Ph.D. preferred) and a minimum of five years of work experience related to the field of studies. The ideal candidate will have cross-functional experience showing progressive management responsibilities.  Preference will be given to those individuals able to teach face-to-face however individuals should also be adept at teaching courses in an online delivery method.
