Marketing Work Study Assistant
The Marketing Work Study Assistant supports the Department by assisting with various functions involving print and video production. Duties include, but are not limited to: photo and video shoot assistance both on and off campus; conduct research, putting results into documents using visuals and/or messaging; maintain current temporary marketing signage across campus; work with Designers to produce materials; and work with Purchasing Department to develop print materials.
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Candidate must: be organized; able to multi-task; proficient with Microsoft Office products; able to work independently, and be self-directed; comfortable working with all levels of individuals; able and willing to learn design programs; and able to do a lot of walking.
