MBA Adjunct Faculty - International Locations
Founded in 1902 and based in Columbus, Ohio, Franklin University is busy executing a strategic plan to expand educational opportunity to an even greater number of students across the country and around the world. Franklin currently offers 30 undergraduate majors and nine graduate programs. We offer classes at four locations in Ohio and a location in Indianapolis. We also offer a robust selection of online majors, both graduate and undergraduate. In addition, Franklin’s MBA Program is offered internationally through agreements with institutions in Europe and the Middle East.
We are accepting MBA adjunct instructor applications. Those instructors selected will teach in a dual format, both online and face to face. We are currently teaching in Poland, Oman, Ukraine, Slovakia and Macedonia. Each course is eight weeks long (six weeks teaching on-line, two weeks teaching in the country). To be selected one must have, as a minimum, a Master’s degree, with D.B.A. or Ph.D preferred, in the field that they are going to teach. We prefer that they have taught at the university level and have had relevant business experience.
Qualified candidates should be fluent in English and hold a valid U.S. passport. Compensation includes a stipend for each course/section taught, round-trip ticket (U.S./Country only), food and lodging.
Specific Disciplines include:
MBA707 MBA Foundations: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Business Administration, Business Communication or closely related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of business administration, business communication related positions.
MBA711 Business Environment: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in business related field, experience in conducting environmental scanning, international business experience, prefer someone with mid-level or above management experience.
MBA713 Human Resources Management: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) degree in Human Resources or closely related field, minimum 8 years of organizational experience with 5 years of HR experience in a manager or above position.
MBA721 Marketing Management: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of marketing-related positions.
MBA723 Managerial Economics: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Economics, Agricultural Economics or closely related field, multiple years of experience at various levels across a variety of economic and/or supervisory positions.
MBA727 International Business Management: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Business Administration or closely related field, experience working abroad for corporations or international organizations.
MBA731 Operations and Project Management: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or closely related field, multiple years of experience in a variety of operations management related positions and project management experience at a supervisory level, professional certification (PMP, CSM, ITIL, etc…) preferred.
MBA741 Strategic Management: Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in Business Administration or closely related field prefers experience working with corporations in the strategic management function.
